I’m a Rest and Nervous System Guide, Energy Therapist and Yoga Teacher. Through GROUND, I create space for those ready to soften, slow down, and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies & hearts. My work weaves together energy healing, movement, and nervous system support to help you peel back the layers and return to your own boys innate wisdom so you can live a life of joy, rest & aliveness!
